PROTECTING YOUR COMPANY'S DATA
In these days of flexible working arrangements it is quite common for employees to work remotely on company data. Working can be from various outreach points, including the employee’s home.Company data is valuable and, as well as being confidential, can at times be extremely sensitive. It is important, therefore, that your company has in place appropriate protections.
If you would like a review of your contractual documents relating to employees and consultants working on your data then please contact Christopher Hallam. Advice on the way in which your documentation may be amended and improved is available only by appointment at our Derby Office. The meeting will last about an hour and incur a fee of £150 plus VAT which is payable at the meeting. You will need to bring with you suitable identification to meet our client compliance rules. If you subsequently decide to ask us to update your documentation we will provide a fee estimate for that work.
